What happens to data when you browse

The short version

We run a catalog of compression socks. We do not have accounts, a checkout, comments, or a warehouse, so there is no customer record to keep. Questions about anything on this page go to [email protected].

Server logs and security

Our servers write standard log entries when pages are requested: IP address, browser type, time, and the page asked for. These exist for security and for spotting abuse. They are not used to build profiles and are not sold. Logs age out on a normal schedule.

Storage in your own browser

The catalog picker remembers your filter choices using localStorage in your browser. That data stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing site data in your browser wipes it. Nothing about your picks reaches our servers.

California requests

We do not sell personal information as the CCPA defines selling. California residents can still ask what is held and request deletion. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Deletion and children

To ask for deletion of anything tied to you, write to [email protected] with enough detail to find it. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child's data reached us, tell us and we will remove it.

If this page changes

Updates to this policy get posted here with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means the new version applies. The email address above stays the way to reach us about any of it.

Visit counts

This site loads Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are opened. A short notice on the site explains that. Google’s own policy covers that processing. We do not receive your name from it.
